You train your stability with every stroke — for a steadier footing in everyday life.
Your back and core get stronger, not just moved — you’ll stand taller and feel more present.
Gentle on knees, hips and back — yet still intense for strength and endurance.
You get fitter, have more energy day to day, and feel more comfortable in your own skin — and it shows.
What makes FlowRow different
You’ve tried plenty of things before — and stopped again. No wonder: alone on the machines, with nobody watching, everyone eventually loses motivation. At FlowRow you train with a coach who knows you, in a group that carries you — and with training that challenges your whole body without ever getting monotonous. That’s exactly why our members stick with it — even the ones who quit everywhere else before.
No anonymous studio. Andreas knows you, your goals and your technique — and is there at every single session.
Rowing trains your whole body at once — strength, endurance, posture. Easy on the joints and efficient in 60 minutes.
Music, rhythm, group energy. Training that carries you along instead of grinding you down — and that you’ll actually look forward to.
From complete beginner to advanced athlete. You train at your own pace, in the right group.
Why it works — and why nobody else does it this way
On a normal rowing machine you only move forward and back. At FlowRow, two more dimensions come into play — turning your training into a full-body experience that never gets boring.
The classic rowing stroke: legs, back, arms. Endurance. The basics — almost any good rowing coach can teach you that.
Overhead movements in every variation bring your shoulders, core, centre of gravity and coordination into play. Nobody else does this.
The FlowRow Board lets your rowing machine tip side to side. You’re constantly stabilising: deep core muscles, balance, real body control.
The result: multi-dimensional, functional training that challenges you in new ways every time. Nobody else in the world trains like this. Some people online think it’s crazy. Our members think it’s the reason they’ve finally stuck with something.
For every level
You don’t need to be fit to start — you’ll get there. Rowing is easy on the joints, and you train at your own pace, in the right group. Whether you’re 25 or 85.

Ton KosterQualitop-certified
Since August 2026 FlowRow is certified to the Qualitop standard — the quality label Swiss health insurers recognise for exercise and health promotion. With the right supplementary insurance you get part of your training back: depending on your insurer 50 to 90 percent of the course fees, often CHF 200 to 500 per year.
You book your membership and come to class. Nothing else changes for you.
On request you get the official Qualitop attendance confirmation, showing the period, the offering and the amount. Just ask at the studio.
Submit the confirmation together with your receipt — most insurers accept it through their app. The money is usually back within days.
Worth knowing: these contributions come from voluntary supplementary insurance, not from basic insurance. How much your insurer pays is set out in your policy and varies widely. Which insurer pays how much, and how to claim →
